Presentation of the Residential Complex

Animated presentation of the residential complex Opera Prima is interesting not only for the final result - ready video sequence, but for some nuances connected with the production of the video and the concept of the building itself.
Despite the apparent similarity of floors, the architecture of the building is not trivial. Each floor is unique and differs with structure of the fa?ade blinds, as such each level of the building had to be modeled individually.

The overall design concept for the interior and exterior, designed in Italy, fits into the "Mediterranean style", which implies the presence and abundance of olive and gray-brown colors along with subdued shades in general. Our desire to add to the images rich saturated colors contrasted the customer’s desire to keep the initially selected style.

In addition to the main building, we have modeled almost fifteen background houses, echoing the local landscape, creating a panorama and filling the stage with a lot of greenery to create a recognizable image of Yalta, and also exactly repeating the adjacent territory in accordance with the general plan. Worth mentioning is that the initial data we received included very interesting shots – the view of the city from a helicopter (see pictures in the "Ingredients").
In addition to the relaxed and sunny atmosphere we showed the nocturnal lights of the resort town, where you can not only sunbathe during the day but also have a great time in the evening.
